To use CXConnect for Mac you must have a Jenzabar login. If you need a Jenzabar login please submit a request using the Service Catalog at helpdesk.judsonu.edu.
This article provides 3 steps that are needed to get CXConnect working on your Mac. Please view all 3 videos and follow the directions in each video to make sure that CXConnect works correctly for you.
Open Report in Microsoft Excel
After viewing all 3 of these videos you should now be able to run CXConnect for Mac. Please submit a ticket if you are still experiencing issues.
