1. In order to change your MFA options, you will first need to log into https://office.com. To do this, go to the link, then click on sign-in and put in your login credentials.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your initials in the top right hand corner as shown below.
  4. After you click on your initials, you will see the box below pop out, where you will click on "view account".
  6. Once on the next screen below, you will click on "Update Info" under "Security info".
  8. You will get the screen below, where you can click on the "Add sign-in method" button.
  10. On the next screen, you can add Authenticator App (Microsoft Authenticator), phone (text and calls), alternate phone (another phone number for texting or calling).
  12. You may or may not see the same options, but should at least have some of them.
