Below are some solutions to some common issues that you may experience when resetting your password.

    • This is the most common error that most users will see. This means that you have most likely not met the password requirements. Please go to the previous page, and make sure that the password meets all the below requirements.
      • Does not contain any part of your username (first or last name).
      • Has at least 10 characters
      • Has at least 1 number and 1 symbol that is not % & or +
      • Has at least 1 upper and 1 lower case letter
    • This is another common error that you may see. This means that you are using a full word in your password. In order to get past this error, you will have to either replace the word so that it does not form a word or words, or you can replace one of the characters with a symbol or a number (i.e. Juds0n instead of Judson or 3agles instead of Eagles).
    • This means that the password is one that is already compromised. You will have to choose a different password.
