  1. Start by going to https://password.judsonu.edu and entering your current username and password. This should look like the site below. 
  2. Scroll past everything on the next page (please leave the phone number blank) and put in the new password you would like. Please also make sure to follow the requirements that are listed above where you are putting in the new password.
  3. Once you put it in the first box, and it shows as passed then enter it in the second box and click set password.
  4. Once you complete all steps, that will reset the following sites at the following times:
    • MyJudson (Immediately)
    • J1 Web (Immediately)
    • Financial Aid and Student Accounts if applicable (Immediately)
    • Webprint (Immediately)
    • Computer Login (Immediately)
    • Library (Immediately)
    • Email (After 30 minutes)

NOTE: This does not change your eLearn password.
