Setting Up Kyocera/Installing Driver
Start by going to https://www.kyoceradocumentsolutions.us/en/support/downloads.name-L3VzL2VuL21mcC9UQVNLQUxGQTUwMDRJ.html and installing the driver there for the Kyocera Taskalfa 5004i.
Once you do that, run the installer and it will detect the Kyocera on the network with the correct IP address (IPv4, not IPv6).
Once that is done, go into the Settings, Bluetooth & Devices, Printers & Scanners, and then click on the Kyocera TASKalfa 5004i KX there. The below options will have to be done as an administrator in order for the administrator box to show up.
Then click on Printer Properties, Device Settings, then Administrator. That will pull up the box below.

Click on Job Accounting and that will pull up the screen below. Make sure to check Job accounting, and then click the radial for prompt for account ID (shown below).

Click Ok, and then click Ok on the previous screen. Then go back in and confirm that they are checked, if not, check them again, and repeat until the settings are saved.
Once that is done, have the user print (https://helpdesk.judsonu.edu/support/solutions/articles/48451) to the Kyocera to confirm it is working.
