Using eFax
Start by going to https://judsonpbx.judsonu.edu/ucp/. If you are able to log in here, please skip to step
- You will have to create a password, so start by putting in either your username (your phone extension) or your email, then click the "Send me a Password Reset Link" button, and it will send you a link to reset the password for your phone.

- The email will have a link to reset the password sent to your Judson email, shown below.

- Once you click on that link and reset the password, you will be asked to reset the password, and then sign in.
- Once you are signed in, you will click in the top right hand corner and add a dash board. You can put in any name there. Then click Create Dashboard.

- Then click on the + button in the top left corner, click on Fax, and then click on the + next to your number.

- This will pull up the fax module. In here, you can send, view status, etc. To send, start by clicking Send fax.

- In here, you will put in the destination (phone number), and then upload the image. If you wanted to add a coversheet, click on, and then it will ask you which fields you would like to put in.
- Once you have clicked send, you will see it displayed in the Outgoing tab. It will have a status, and will tell you if it is dialing, working on sending, etc.

- It may take a few minutes for it to finish, but once it does, it will either be put into the Sent tab as shown below (Ok means that it was sent and received), or it will be put in the Failed tab with a reason (it should be logical to understand).
