- Open Apple Mail
- Click Mail in the upper left corner then click Preferences...
- Click the Accounts tab
- Click + (lower left)
- Choose the type of email account you're adding (if it's a Judson email account, you need to choose Exchange) then click Continue
- Enter the name, full email address, and password for the email account, then click Continue
- At the Account Summary window click Continue
- Choose what account data you'd like to sync with your computer, then click Done
