1. Open the spam email in a new window by double clicking on the message
  2. Click the expansion button in the lower right corner of the Tags toolbar box
  3. Find the headers under Internet Headers
  4. Highlight the entire header with your mouse and then press Ctrl and C keys on your keyboard simultaneously to copy the header
  5. Paste the header in a reply email on an existing ticket, or submit a new ticket with the header
