Windows 10

1. Log into CX
2. Open an entry screen
3. In the menu ribbon, select Edit > Preferences
4. Select the "Helper" Tab
5. In the resulting screen, in the white section, select "Output"
6. Click "Browse" and navigate to the following locations
   
   • Excel
     • "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\Excel.exe"
   • NotePad
     • "C:\Windows\notepad.exe"
   • WordPad
     • "C:\Program Files\windows nt\accessories\wordpad.exe"
7. Once you have selected the program you plan to use, make sure the box is checked beside "Launch Program" and then click "OK"
